I'M HAPPY AND I'M OK!!!

Art is evil. Remind me why I'm doing it again? Oh yes. Because I'm good at it (modest too, obviously) and because I enjoy pushing paint around a page and squinting at teeny weeny things trying to get them right but failing. My head hurts. I wonder why.
Oh yes, and I meant to go on MSN but with the whole hands-covered-permanently-in-paint thing wasn't really working, and then I was painting, and then it's OH LOOK IT'S 10'O'CLOCK AND I HAVEN'T STARTED MY PE ASSIGNMENT!!! *dies for a few seconds* so yeah. I thought maybe a extra big hug could make up for it?
Anyway, HAPPY THOUGHTS. I highly recommend these. They are even better than apples-a-day. even though they're pretty fantastic. And sleep. That is good too. I will go to bed right after this and sleep. Actually sleep with my eyes closed and all that, yeah, proper sleep, not nodding off in Physical Science and Dr Low telling you to wake up. (I was trying!! I really was!! It's just I would open my eyes and a few seconds later i would realise that they're closed again. I mean, what is WITH that??) So yeah. I will sleep. Properly. Straight away. (*Touch wood!!!!!*) Anywho, uhhh... HAPPY THOUGHTS.
A list of happppyyyy thinngsss!!!
-Happy Feet. Finding Nemo. Dory. EEeeeeEEEeeeeeeePPP!!! YAyyyyyyYY *spazzes more with shift key*
-My bunny. Her name is Bunny, and she is multi-coloured and reaaallly cuddly. And she is mine. And staring at me. Hi Bunny!!! (Bunny says hi, by the way)
-Clean rooms. Huh. Yeah. About that. Well, why don't we just move on. NOW.
-Doctor Who. He is staring at me from the wall. So is my giant BLUUUUEE care bear which I got when I was like uhhhhhhh eight?? He/She (not sure yet) is very cuddly. Not as cuddly as Bunny though and definitely not as special.
-ALLL MYYY FRIIIEENDDSSSS. I will see them tomorrow. YAYYYYYY this wouldn't have happened in the holidays. YAAAAAYYYYYY see I knew there was something good about that school thing.
-Rainnnnbowwwwwsss. (Myyyy Preciousssssss.) I can't see one at the moment, obviously, because I am a) inside my room with the curtains closed. b) its dark outside so the whole refraction of light thingy doesn't really work, so yeah. Still happy though. Full of colourssss.
-That feeling that even though your brain isn't really functioning properly to think of some more happy things, you know there is loads and loads more anyway. They're just rebelling and refusing to be put on the list of HAPPPINNEESSSS.

SLEEEEEEEEP ISSSSS GOOOOD. I also recommend this. And yeah. I am going to sleep now. Thats the plan, anyway.
Night night!!! HUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!

BEE HAPPY!!

Once there was a bee named Hugo Jeremiah Potts. He came from a long line of illustrious Potts bees, and his father was a Jeremiah (or Jeremy, or Jem) and so that was why this bee was named Hugo Jeremiah Potts. He was very proud of this name. He had his initials embroidered on his handkerchiefs, and he would tell everyone his name in full when he introduced himself, and would tell them about how we came from a very illustrious line of Potts. The only thing that bugged him a little bit was that he wasn't quite sure yet why he, Hugo, was particularly illustrious, or indeed, his father. Ah well, he would tell himself, after sitting down with a cup of honey-tea after a hard day's work in the cloverfields, everything had its time, didn't they, and he had a good bit of time left yet to do something illustrious.
On one such evening when he was drinking his honey-tea and pondering all manner of things which he could see outside his window, he spotted a little caterpillar next to the daisy-trees, which happened to situated in his garden.
"I say!"he shouted, "You're in my garden there!" spilling his tea everywhere in his excitement.
The caterpillar didn't hear him. Hugo mopped the tea off of his lap and chair and floor and hurried out of his little house.
He approached the little caterpillar and asked him politely what on earth he was doing in his garden.
"I am terribly sorry," said the little caterpillar. "I was just looking for some good leaves to eat. I was wondering if you had any to spare, if that was no trouble."
Hugo regarded the caterpillar silently for a moment. He decided he liked him, for he had a friendly look about the face, and after all, he had most excellent manners for a caterpillar.
"I suppose you could use my back garden. I do have quite a range of different leafy plants out there and there must be something there to tickle your fancy," shaking feelers with the caterpillar.
The caterpillar thanked him most profusely and introduced himself as Albert. Hugo then introduced Albert to the backgarden and the leafy plants after regaling him with the stories of the most illustrious Potts.
Albert stayed for many days in the backgarden of Hugo's house, and Hugo quite enjoyed watching Albert slowly munch his way through Hugo's plants. The sound of munching was quite soothing. He also, he admitted to himself, enjoyed the company.
One evening, the munching stopped. Hugo leaned out of the window facing the backgarden, concerned. To his horror, Albert was nowhere to be seen. Instead there was a large stone-like object dangling from the eaves of his porch. He placed his rocking chair beside the stone and waited to see if Albert appeared again.
He didn't. Hugo waited many days in his rocking chair. Eventually he sadly moved inside and set about cleaning the house, for it had grown quite dusty in those days of waiting. Suddenly he heard a loud crack! from the backgarden. He rushed outside. The stone that Albert had left behind had split open. A butterfly was perching on his porch rail.
"Bah!" he snarled. "Be off with you!" He never really had liked butterflies.
The butterfly laughed. "But Hugo! It's me! Albert! Don't you see? I've turned into a butterfly inside that chrysalis!" motioning to the split-open rock.
Hugo looked closer. Indeed, it was Albert. The friendly smile was still there, and the eyes seemed the same. And he spoke with the same soft Irish brogue.
The friends hugged and laughed.
Then Albert parted sadly. "I'm afraid I must leave, Hugo. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality."
He flew off, his colourful wings shining in the sunlight.
Hugo was very sad. He wandered back into his house, carefully carrying the broken chrysalis with him. He placed the chrysalis on the table, and went to bed. But he couldn't sleep, for whenever he closed his eyes the vivd colours of Hugo's wings flashed across his eyelids.
Almost a year passed. Hugo was sitting at his window, drinking some honey-tea thoughtfully, gazing out the window.
He spotted a figure standing under a daisy-tree in his garden. His tea spilt everywhere.
It was a little caterpillar.

OH-MY-GOD RAINBOW CAKE!!!!!!!!!!

SO VERY VERY HAPPY RIGHT NOW.
I have a rainbow cake. yayayayayayayayayayayaaaaayyyyyyy!!!!!
This cake is an amazing phenomena. It is rainbow. and it is cake. and rainbow. therefore it is magic cake.
Hang on. how am I supposed to eat this amaaaazing thing??? It is magic!!! And rainbow!!! And cake!!!!

Let me dissect the word "Rainbow cake" for starters. Then you will get an idea of how amaaaazing it is.
Rain= wet. huh. not as good, but WAAAIT!!! Some rain is good!! It makes flowers happy!! AND when you are inside and it is raining it's even BETTTTERRRR. especially when you have no reason to go outside. AND GUESS WHAT RAIN MAKES!!!
Rainbows!!= pretty. lottsss of colours. yay colourrrrr. And at the end of the rainbow there is gold. Not that I have actually ever been to the end of the rainbow. Hmm. really want to. FUN. Pots of gold are also associated with leprechauns, who are just cool. I mean, they have an irish accent and they can be really evil if they want to. Which brings me to Ireland, which I have never actually been to, but they film lots of the outdoorsy bits of harry potter there. this is good. also Ireland is gennerrrrallly I think associated with other magic stuff. And magic= maaaaagiiiiic!!!! YAAAYYY!!!!
Bow= hmm. ribbons. but wait, if you are a bad speller then you might write BOE. as I almost did. sshhh. don't laugh, the "e" is right next to the "w" on the keyboard. It's an easy mistake to make. Anyway, BOE equals FACE OF BOE. equals captain jack!!!!! equals torchwood!!! equals doctor who!!!! need I go on???
Cake= happy things always go with this word. firstly, it tastes sooo good. secondly, cake= happy childhood memories of birthday parties. Which means presents. I mean like, really fantastic presents to a little child. Ahhh, such innocence. Cake also means happpyyy tummy :)

So. this is why I am so veryveryveryveryvery happy!!!! I may just have to go eat it now and practice piano and do art and study and oh dear go to piano lesson. But it doesn't matter because I have RAINBOW CAKE!!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

May I also mention how amazing the baker of said rainbow cake is?? WOW. I think this person is getting a bit spoilt. How many times have I commented on her amazingness?? Hmm. Actually, that doesn't matter. YOU ARE AMAAAAAZIIIINGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!! *happy dance*

Concerning Terrible Disaster Movies

Okaaay so I'm just watching armaggedon on the tv. I dont know why I am I guess the ad just looked good. Never trust ads. I should know that by now. All it's consisted of at the moment is a lot of yelling and many many extreme scenes of pyrotechnics etc. The first explosions scene was actually kinda fun, I'll admit, but now it's just old. Just drill the stupid hole in the stupid asteroid and prevent the extinction of everything on earth? Thanks. Also I'd like to comment on the scenes where they show the poor helpless peoples on earth? There are actually places where there aren't famous worldwide landmarks in the background. That is all.
And now I would just like to say something about the most amazing friend of mine. She just made my day. Seriously. And it's pretty late in the day now so it's about time. Anyway she blogged about being angry about her fingers being not fingers or something, I'm sleepy, ok?
ANYWAY this is the amazing bit. I stopped and laughed, and went, that's impossible or at least it world be extremely difficult. And then I kept reading and realised that's what she wrote about too. YAY sleep deprivation and consciences!!!!! I am the most awesome conscience ever, did you know? And I have the most amazing conscience-ee ever. YAAAAY!!!
Haha disaster movies always end with the world being saved with seconds to spare. I am really really sleepy typing is hard with sleepy brain. And fuzzy eyes and OOH LOOK A PARACHUTE!!! Haha the world is happy and saved. Woopee. You know I might have preferred it if they didn't save the world. That would have been different. NO scratch that it's cute. Awww. And it ends in a kiss. Fade to black.

Fishies have rights. I am glad you are looking after them. I want one. No wait I want a kitty but that's another story. Sssshh.

SLEEP NOW!!! YAY!!!

Which day would YOU choose??

Dee-dee-dee deeee.
So this is what happened today. I woke up at about 5.30. repeat for 6.30, 8, and 10. Cue half-sleep/ daydreaming. Then I finally got out of bed after Mum came in and got cross at me for being in bed at about 12.00.
I love sleeping in.
Then I did stuff on the computer for a bit. Then Mum forced me to do some art. Then I went to my piano lesson. I walked home. It was nearly sunset. It was nice weather. It was good. Yaaay.
Then I went on my computer again. Then we had dinner! And now I am watching tv. What an amaaaazing day!!
This is my parallel world day:
I wake up and I do not still feel tired! Which is what sleep is supposed to do!
Then I skip out of the house and go see alll my friends. And we eat cupcakes and icecream and salt and vinegar chips and then we're having sooo much fun that the Doctor is just drawn to our amazing-ness and he sticks us in his TARDIS and he takes us to um um LOTS OF PLACES. Which are PRETTY. And then he finds me a kitty and I am happy forever and ever and ever. And then he drops us off at the magic faraway tree. Don't laugh. It was one of my faaavourite books when I was eency-weency. So so so we climb up the magicfarawaytreeandwe give Moon-face a bit hug. And he loves us sooo much that he lets us go up into the land in the clouds and GUESS WHAT its the land with the lollies! Everythings made out of lollies and we get sticky. So after we ninja all of the lollipops in the whole land, we go back to Moonface and we ask for another land. There is not another one due to the end of next week. We grab the doctor at the bottom of the tree who has been waiting patiently. So he goes okey-dokey and we go to the end of next week. Timelords are win.
Sooo this land isss full offff um its that land of celebrations and crap? But we think its a bit tame so we liven it up with some fireworks we stole from Hogwarts and wish for a fairground and it is like totally fun tottallly. I especially liked the merry-go-round coz its like the one from Mary Poppins. YAAAY!!! Mary Poppins is a sad movie. But it is also happy. I like disney. I wanna be able to draw things on the pavement and jump into them and its a little land thing. You know what? That is exactly what we do next. WIN. I like this day muchly.
So then we alll go out to a biggg restaurant and we have a private room and after we eat all the yum stuff we trash it a bit because we have a foodfight. And then we just happen to meet the earthquake monster on the way home. The earthquake monster is now no longer existing. Hehe.
THEN I GO TO BED. I FALL ASLEEP STRAIGHT AWAAAAY!!!!
I like this day yaayyyyy!!

A bit of this and that.

Hokay. Hallo people/s. GUESS WHAT. I'm skiing tomorrow, so I have to blog NOW!!!
Update on sore throat: Still there. Gah. Along with a sore ear. WHYYYY???
Also I would like to take the time to give my internet connection a good telling-off. I have lost count of how many times I've had to unplug and plug you in again. Jeez. Make up your MIND!!! Please?? It's just a tad annoying. You're like all super-speedy for 2 seconds and then you crash. Not impressed.
So here's a few piccys and suchlike, and then I'm heading off to bed. Because I like sleep.

AND a few quotes from Torchwood, because it is amazing.
"There's one thing I always meant to ask Jack. Back in the old days. I wanted to know about that Doctor of his. The man who appears out of nowhere and saves the world. Except sometimes he doesn't. All those times in history when there was no sign of him, I wanted to know why not. But I don't need to ask any more. I know the answer now. Sometimes the Doctor must look at this planet and turn away in shame. I'm recording this in case anyone ever finds it, so you can see... you can see how the world ended." Gwen Cooper, Children of Earth
And don't worry if you haven't seen it. It's not a spoiler. It's just yay. And if you haven't seen it, THEN YOU SHOULD.
Tailor: Can I help you?
Ianto: I'm looking for a wedding dress for my friend.
Tailor: Of course you are, sir. You'd be surprised, we're quite used to men buying for their... "friends".
---
Ianto: That's what I love about Torchwood. By day, you're chasing the scum of the universe, come midnight you're the wedding fairy.
Poor Ianto. Teehee.
Owen: I hate the countryside. It's dirty, it's unhygienic. And what is that smell?
Gwen: That would be grass.
Owen: It's disgusting.

AAAND I think I shall go to sleep now. Don't get eaten by mutant sporks... Mwahahahaaaa...

Ode to a Sore Throat

Oh, you aching throaty thing,
What are you doing?
I do not like it AT ALL
AT ALL
AT ALL
when you decide to do anything other than
channeling the air I breathe
to my
LUNGS.
Please don't be the start of a
COLD.
I don't like colds.
you see,
Colds consist of the runny noses then the blocked noses and the headaches and the sleepy tired eyes and all other things that should not happen,
for example...
DA DA-DA DAAAA!!!
SORE THROATS!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I can even really yell at my sore throat because it's technically the one doing the yelling. GRAAARH.
Oh, you horrid throaty sore thing,
I HATE YOU.
(go away please?)
